We read everything that arrives and aim to reply within a few working days. Wobboo is an early experiment run by a small team, so this is a best effort rather than a guaranteed response time.
Deleting your data
Email us from the address you signed up with and ask. We will remove your photo, your cards and your account record. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. What we hold and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting something
If you believe a photo was uploaded that should not have been, or you have found a security problem, email us with as much detail as you can and we will act on it. What is and is not allowed is set out in the Terms of Use.
