Terms of Use

Wobboo turns a photo you upload into an original designer-toy creature presented on a collectible card. It is operated by Draftlabs and it is an experiment: it is early, it may change without notice, and it may be switched off.

Wobboo is free. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, and no payment details are ever requested.

Nothing on Wobboo inspects your upload before it is processed. That makes this section the actual rule, so please read it:

• You have the right to use the photo you upload, and uploading it does not break anyone else’s rights.
• If a person appears in the photo, you have their permission. Do not upload photos of other people without it, and do not upload photos of children.
• You will not upload anything unlawful, sexual, hateful, violent, or anything depicting the abuse or exploitation of anyone — and above all nothing involving a minor.

We may remove content and block access if we believe this section has been broken, and we will report material we are legally required to report.

Your photo stays yours. Uploading it gives us permission to process it for one purpose only: producing your creature and card, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it to train models and we do not use it for anything else.

The creature and card that come back are yours to keep, print, and share. The Wobboo name, the card design and the visual style stay ours.

The artwork is produced by an AI image model. Two people uploading similar photos may get similar results, and we make no claim that any creature is unique.

Wobboo is provided as it is, with no warranty. Generation can fail, take longer than expected, or return something you do not like. Cards and Toyboxes may be lost if the experiment ends or is reset. Do not treat Wobboo as storage for anything you care about keeping — hold your own copy of any photo you upload and any card you want to keep.

To the extent the law allows, Draftlabs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Wobboo.

Do not try to break, overload, or work around the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may limit or end access if you do.

You can stop at any time. To have your data removed, email hello@draftlabs.org. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or when the experiment finishes.

These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use Wobboo after a change means you accept the revised terms.
